At DUKE + DEXTER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade footwear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and dust bags, ensuring they are packed securely inside a protective outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days of receipt.
